This data room provides all documentation and instruments which demonstrate the rights of Loring Holdings, LLC, its agents and assigns, (Loring Transmission, LLC, Maine Power Express, LLC, etc...) held in relation to the development of the Searsport-Loring Corridor (SL-ROW) and other sites.   • The U.S. Air Force acquired easements for the installation of a pipeline and any additional line or lines between 1950 and 1952. An example of the typical language is provided below.

  • After the base closed, the U.S. Air Force transferred the easements to the Loring Development Authority, an instrumentality of the State of Maine.

    • In October, 2014, Loring participated in a Maine Public Utilities Commission case. During the proceeding, a party to the case asked Loring, via an Oral Data Request, to demonstrate Loring's Right, Title and Interest in the SL-ROW. Loring responded by providing "0 - Narrative Response" which is a guideline for reviewing all attachments, including the lease, sublease and all other instruments related to Loring's RTI in the SL-ROW.
