LORING HOLDINGS, LLC
Infrastructure first. Long-term value.
A privately owned development company built for successive generations of energy and industrial opportunity.
Loring Holdings, LLC is a privately owned infrastructure-development company focused on the planning, development, ownership and long-term management of strategic energy and industrial assets. It was not organized around one project, customer or technology, but to support successive commercial opportunities as markets and technologies evolve.
The Development Platform
The integrated collection of assets, rights, infrastructure interests, professional relationships, engineering work, commercial experience and private capital assembled by Loring Holdings to support long-term infrastructure projects.
Viewed individually, these components possess independent value. Viewed together, they create a prepared platform from which qualified commercial opportunities can be evaluated without beginning from zero.
Leadership
Management defines the commercial objective, preserves long-term value and assembles experienced organizations capable of responsible project execution.
Major infrastructure projects require years of property work, legal documentation, engineering, environmental review, commercial negotiation and private investment before responsible construction can begin. The purpose of that preparation is to reduce uncertainty and preserve long-term commercial value.
